By using this website, submitting an enquiry, registering interest, making a reservation-interest payment or submitting a partner application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
hymeraustralia.com is operated as a proposed Australian Phase 1 reservation, market-validation and owner-support platform for selected HYMER models.
The platform is designed to assess Australian buyer demand, model preference, budget capacity, timing, intended use, location, support requirements, partner readiness and possible future market-entry pathways.
Unless and until formal agreements are executed, The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd does not represent itself as HYMER’s official distributor, dealer, importer, agent, representative, licensee or exclusive Australian partner.
The Phase 1 pathway is non-binding.
A buyer enquiry, registration, reservation-interest payment, partner application or owner-platform waitlist submission does not create:
A vehicle purchase contract, final order, allocation guarantee, confirmed supply agreement, licence, distribution agreement, dealership appointment, agency relationship, representative appointment, exclusive partnership, joint venture, franchise arrangement or obligation on HYMER / Erwin Hymer Group to supply vehicles.
Any future vehicle progression remains subject to HYMER review, model feasibility, RHD assessment, ADR/import compliance, production availability, allocation confirmation, final specifications, pricing, delivery timing and formal customer purchase agreement.
All HYMER-related references, imagery, model information, public-facing wording, buyer communications, partner communications and reservation materials are subject to HYMER / Erwin Hymer Group review and approval where required.
The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd is seeking to progress structured Phase 1 discussions and practical support for Australian market validation. No official appointment, authority, approval or supply arrangement should be assumed unless expressly confirmed in writing by HYMER / Erwin Hymer Group.
Buyer registration allows you to submit interest in selected HYMER models or model categories.
Registration may include your name, contact details, preferred model, location, budget range, timing, finance or cash purchase interest, intended use, current motorhome ownership, trade-in or resale interest and support requirements.
Submitting a buyer registration does not guarantee vehicle availability, allocation, pricing, timing, delivery or purchase eligibility.
A Phase 1 reservation-interest payment may be offered as a way to indicate serious buyer interest and assist Australian market validation.
The current reservation-interest amount is A$5,000 AUD, unless otherwise stated on the website or agreed in writing.
This payment is not a vehicle purchase, final order, allocation guarantee, confirmed supply agreement or formal customer purchase agreement.
The payment records your interest within a proposed controlled, demand-led Phase 1 pathway.
The A$5,000 AUD reservation-interest payment is intended to be fully refundable at your request at any time prior to final vehicle specification, order confirmation and customer purchase commitment.
You may request a refund by contacting:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, or by another reasonable method agreed with you.
Refund timing may depend on payment processor, bank or merchant processing timeframes.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible goods and services, and consumers may be entitled to remedies where guarantees are not met.
If a suitable vehicle opportunity becomes available and you choose to proceed, you may be asked to enter into a separate written agreement covering final vehicle specifications, pricing, compliance, delivery timing, payment terms, refund treatment, fees, allocation, responsibilities and purchase conditions.
No vehicle purchase occurs unless and until a separate final purchase agreement is confirmed.
Upon proceeding with a confirmed vehicle order, a portion of the initial reservation-interest payment may be retained by The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd as a service, sourcing, facilitation, allocation or customer-attribution fee, with the balance applied towards the vehicle purchase or otherwise dealt with as agreed in the final purchase documentation.
Any such treatment will be confirmed before you commit to a final vehicle purchase.
Any vehicle pricing, value range, model description, specification, imagery, delivery estimate, availability indication or allocation reference shown on this website is indicative only unless expressly confirmed in a final written agreement.
Indicative vehicle values may be shown in the A$300,000–A$400,000 AUD range depending on model, specification, compliance, exchange rates, freight, taxes, duties, options, delivery costs and final commercial terms.
Images shown may include international models, overseas specifications, optional features, pre-production images or illustrative content.
Australian specifications, RHD feasibility, ADR/import compliance, pricing and delivery timelines must be confirmed before any final purchase decision is made.
Any future Australian vehicle pathway may require review of RHD feasibility, ADR/import compliance, state registration, insurance, finance, service readiness, pre-delivery inspection, technical documentation and other matters.
No compliance outcome, registration outcome, import approval, delivery timing or vehicle availability is guaranteed.
The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd may work with third-party technical, compliance, import, finance, insurance, service, logistics and professional advisers to assess possible pathways.
Prospective partners may submit expressions of interest to support service, compliance, finance, insurance, storage, accessories, delivery, pre-delivery inspection, mobile support, resale or owner-support pathways.
Submitting a partner application does not create a partnership, appointment, endorsement, agency, dealer relationship, authorised partner status, approved HYMER partner status or supply arrangement.
Partner involvement remains subject to review, suitability, location coverage, licences, insurance, technical capability, capacity, commercial terms, customer-service standards and any required HYMER-approved communication parameters.
The proposed HYMER Australia owner platform is intended to support future buyers and owners with reservation updates, onboarding, education, service support, partner contacts, travel content, resale pathways and upgrade opportunities.
Joining the owner-platform waitlist does not create ownership rights, access rights, allocation rights, software rights, service rights or any guarantee that the platform will launch in a particular form or timeframe.
Platform functionality may be staged, changed, delayed, limited or discontinued.
By submitting a form or enquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, current and submitted by you or with proper authority.
You agree that The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd may contact you about your enquiry, registration, reservation-interest status, partner application, owner-platform interest, model updates, refund requests, support requirements or related Phase 1 matters.
You may ask us to stop sending non-essential marketing or update communications at any time.
Payments made through this website may be processed by third-party payment providers, merchant facilities or e-commerce systems.
The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays, errors, outages, declined transactions, card issuer decisions or processing issues caused by third-party systems, banks or payment providers, except to the extent required by law.
